The Construction Advancement Institute of Westchester & Mid-Hudson (CAI) is one of the many sponsors for the Hudson Valley Construction Career Day for over seventeen years. This event attracts over one thousand high school students, and is continuing strong through its sponsors. The opportunities for apprentice programs in a craft union typically open up once a year. All the trades have an apprentice program. They can go from apprentice, to journeyman, to foreman, to superintendent.
